How can I fix the pump not working?Updated 10 months ago

The pumps that you have purchased are Airless pumps so there is no tube in the bottles. 

Sometimes when we initially fill the pumps an air pocket remains in the formulation. This will cause the pump to jam temporarily. 

In this case, there are two ways to solve the problem. 

(1) By turning the pump upside down and pressing the dispense up 5/6 times. 

If this does not work.

(2) There is a small hole in the base of the pump - if you push a small paper clip up this hole, then it helps to initiate the pump.

As the pump has been opened and air let into the pump, it will take a number of pumps to trigger it. 

If this does not work please let me know and I will arrange a replacement to be sent.
