What is your returns policy?

We want all our customers to enjoy their products so if you’re not happy with your order then you can send it back to us. All we ask is that you organise your return within 30 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened. For more

What happens once my item is returned?

As soon as we receive your order we’ll review the reason for return and let you know what we plan to do next. Typically if a refund is neccessary this will be processed on the same day as the return being received.

When will I received my refund?

Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way. If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received our email, then you’ll need to contact
